  I went to Art's yesterday and I am very disappointed with the experience. I was ready to buy a new camera, to upgrade from what I am currently using because I found out they just got one in that I wanted. Kevin assisted me (well,that was the name on the business card I was handed so I am not sure if that was really his name). However, let me take that back. Assisted is not the correct term. In his arrogant approach of assisting me he critized certain kind of photography because in his mind they are not valuable. "Fps doesn't matter and is overrated", he said. Well, it is important to me and in my photography very important. Then, in the middle of the conversation he put his foot up on the glass counter to tie his shoe laces. How unprofeasional. By, then I also had heard about 5 times which was his favorite lense but still hadn't actually received any recommendation that was fitting my needs. Just simply because he never asked. In the corner of my eye I saw another representative supporting a customer and taking his time showing a lady gear back packs. He made sure he did his job and he took it serious enough no matter how small the purchase was going to be. Maybe I should have looked into buying a $150 item instead of $1500 and the service would have been better. Maybe it was because my hair was messed up from being out taking pictures since 5am. Who knows. One thing is for sure, this first impression of Art's will be my last.
