Blah. I made the mistake of going in here because they called me about specials offers I was eligible for. They could not answer any of my questions at all. In fact, what they did answer was wrong. Skip this location and go to S 27th. Don't get me wrong, I love T-Mobile itself, just this franchised location is horrible.

I'm a new customer to T-Mobile switching from another major cell provider( 10 years)...5 lines connecting family . Great professional service and helpful staff made the switch easy and cost effective. Thanks to Abdul and Dave ( store mgr.).
