  Pharmacy staff is rude and unprofessional with the exception of the pharmacists themselves. Every girl behind that counter never says hello or smiles and acts like you're inconveniencing them. It's horrible!

  I went to fill a prescription. I have a really bad gum and sinus infection. I don't like medications but will take them if absolutely necessary. A medication prescribed by my doctor was refused coverage by the pharmacy as I was accused of being an addict I don't like medications. I haven't had what was prescribed in a very long time and prefer not to have anything if I can help it. To be screamed at in front of everyone for asking simply why it wasn't covered and told to take what I had and go was unprofessional and disrespectful I've been coming to this Walgreen's for years for my children and their needs. We will be switching to ProCare.
